Proportional Representation (PR) Myths

5.21.26pm BST (GMT +0100) Fri 24th Apr 2009

A Focus reader asks: Why do the Liberal Democrats not talk about Proportional Representation (PR) in our "Focus" newsletters?

Well - we do believe that PR is a better voting system but unfortunately the content of Focus is limited as it is entirely financed, produced and delivered by volunteers so that the content over the year is limited.

However our reader has drawn our attention to a very useful publication by the Electoral Reform Society - PR Myths which you can download by following the link.
