BBC R4 logo (BBC)The deservdely popular and respected BBC Radio 4 broadcast about statistics 'More or Less' has helped shed some much needed light on the Government's headline figures about testing.

The most recent programme revealed that the 200,000 testing capacity target included 40,000 of the antibody tests that it has yet to carry out.

The governement also has yet to publish up to date figures for how many different individuals are actually being tested each day, although it has promised to do so (several times).

The programme suggests that this could be as few as 50,000 people per day.
