Something rotten at the heart of the Conservative Party?

Finally, it is clear for all to see that there is something deeply unpleasant and wrong at the heart of the Conservative Party. The Tory MP Andrew Brigden has finally had the Tory Whip removed following unbelievably offensive remarks comparing the COVID vaccine programme to the Holocaust.

One of the few things that Britain can actually feel proud about was how, during the pandemic, our scientific community, against all the odds, produced a vaccine that saved countless lives.

Mindless conspiracy theory believers like Brigden should have no part in any public role, whether in politics or otherwise. Their rantings are just that. But what is shocking is that someone as clearly deluded as Brigden has been part of our government for so long and influencing decisions that affect all of us! His strident and dangerous nonsense encompasses everything from Europe to the Pandemic. It is time to un-elect this rotten Conservative Party before they inflict even more damage on the UK's reputation.
