Whilst we welcome the overdue sacking of Nadhim Zahawi it raises the wider question of why the 'Super Rich' seek to avoid paying tax. It would seem that paying zero tax is a badge of honour and they portray tax as theft of their hard earned wealth.
When even a stalwart Conservative voter like Rod Stewart decides to slip anchor and says the country is better off without the Tories then there really is something seriously amiss with them and their policies. Unfortunately for the likes of Sir Rod, it would appear that his beloved party and more specifically Jeremy Hunt - the man with his hands on our purse strings - just doesn't 'get it". Hunt's comment that people are "not remotely interested in personal tax affairs" is so far off the mark that it defies belief in his political intelligence.

It sounds such an obvious idea - "phone a friend", but so many times other things get in the way and we can regret not doing it. 'Talking' is also more importantly about listening, not filling gaps in chat with your words, but waiting. Sometimes only a pause can help to put a voice to concerns and needs. Listening but with no answers is not failure, it is an avenue to an answer, which you may not provide but they find. Every day should be a 'Time To Talk, but February 2nd is there to nudge us into action at least then.
To be more accurate Ashbourne won.
